My Big Announcement: Welcome to the Family, AmplifyIC

The pandemic, while it has laid bare the challenges of navigating day-to-day business and family life, has made me so appreciative for all who have helped me move forward. It’s also made me appreciate the power of having someone on your side when things get tough.

Throughout my corporate and consulting life, I’ve been fortunate to have many great teachers, peers and leaders guide and help me move forward. Now, it’s time for me to help others move forward with intention.

I’d like to introduce you to AmplifyIC, the newest member of my GreenMegaphone family. Just as many leaders and peers have helped me in the past, I want to help IC professionals amplify their impact. 

In addition to the strategy support I provide clients through GreenMegaphone, AmplifyIC will allow me to build products, courses, training and community to support the professional needs of IC pros.

What I know to be true is that each time you learn, you strengthen your ability to create relevance, meaning and forward momentum. I certainly have learned this throughout my career.
